Our PHP is different from traditional therapy or inpatient programs. It offers medical supervision, therapeutic care, and emotional safety with a flexible schedule. It’s a good option for people who are recovering from trauma or PTSD. This program also addresses co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, depression, or addiction. Our trauma-sensitive approach helps us create a space where you can really heal, not just cope with trauma.

Our Trauma-Informed Approach: The Six Core Principles
Our PHP program is designed on the six principles of trauma-informed care, which make sure that everyone has a consistent, empowering, and healing experience.
1. Safety
We make sure you feel safe emotionally and physically from your first phone call to every group session. The environment, the staff, and the structure are all designed to make people feel less anxious and more comfortable.
2. Trustworthiness & Transparency
Our clinicians are honest, communicative, and clear about the goals and treatment processes. You will always know what to expect and informed of every bit of information.
3. Peer Support
Community promotes healing. You will share space with people who have been through similar problems, and together you will learn, grow, and trust each other.
4. Collaboration
We see you as a partner in your healing. We cocreate each treatment plan together with your input and feedback.
5. Empowerment and Choice
We provide you the freedom to set the speed and set your own goals. We are here to give you the tools and support you need to move forward safely and with confidence.
